Description

Beef Stew with Potatoes is a freeze-dried meal prepared by Fuel Your Preparation, a brand specialising in freeze dried food and staple foods for emergency and survival situations.
This 6-portion tin contains only 100% natural, freeze-dried ingredients.

This recipe is also available as a single-portion sachet if you want to try it before stocking up, or to build a small food reserve.
You can prepare the contents directly in the tin, or portion out as needed by mixing with the indicated amount of hot water.

- 600 g total — 1 portion equals 100 g, making it easy to prepare your freeze-dried portions
- Suitable for long-term food storage: this tin keeps for up to 25 years from the date of manufacture
- Balanced nutritional values, a good source of protein, fats and carbohydrates



Ingredients: Potato dices (29%), cooked beef strips (10%), carrot dices, green beans, onion dices, rapeseed oil, tomato puree, corn flour, salt, white pepper.

Storage advice: Fuel Your Preparation products must be stored correctly to ensure maximum shelf life. Store in a cool place, avoid long-term storage above 22°C (72°F) and take care not to puncture the tins. Under these conditions, Fuel Your Preparation meals will retain their quality, flavour and nutritional value throughout their shelf life. - Once opened, consume the contents immediately. However, it has been noted that a product resealed with the plastic lid remains consumable for up to one week after opening. This pack is sold by weight, not by volume. Settling may have occurred due to transport, handling or variations in product density.
