The Overstim.s Authentic Bar with wild blueberries is an energy bar designed for prolonged effort. Suitable for running, raid, trekking, cycling or hiking, it should be consumed at regular intervals during activity.

The recipe combines rice syrup, oat flakes and fruit. Each 65 g bar provides around 250 kcal, delivering steady energy and helping to curb hunger during long-duration outings.

Enriched with vitamin B1 and zinc, it supports normal energy metabolism and helps protect cells against oxidative stress. Its main advantage over a gel lies in its more substantial, satisfying format, combined with a fruity wild blueberry flavour.
