This box of vegetarian couscous contains 5 portions for consumption in emergency situations. Each portion provides all the nutrients your body needs to function properly. Ingredients: Whole wheat semolina 58%, sunflower oil powder (contains milk, E551), mixed vegetables in variable proportions 16.5% (peas, carrots, peppers, celery, onions, tomatoes), condiment mix (contains celery), maltodextrin, mushrooms, modified starch, salt, parsley, rosemary extract, natural flavouring.

Allergens: Gluten, Milk, Celery

Preparation: Dissolve the contents in 1300 ml (approx. 2¼ pints) of boiling water and leave to stand for approximately 5 minutes.
