Description

This Garbure has been prepared with natural ingredients: lingot beans, onions, carrots, potatoes, green cabbage, turnips, leeks, Bayonne ham cubes... and the icing on the cake for duck lovers: duck legs!
It's a hearty recipe that has been sterilised in a pouch. It can thus be stored for up to 3 years after manufacture. Handy for evenings when you don't know what to eat.

Ingredients: Duck legs (EU), water, lingot beans, onions, carrots, potatoes, green cabbage, turnips, leeks, Bayonne ham cubes (saltpetre), garlic, thyme, bay leaf, salt, pepper

Advice: Store at room temperature in a dry place. The meat is accompanied by vegetables and broth, so it's essential to eat from a deep container.

Preparation instructions: 1. Place the pouch in a pan of simmering water - 2. Leave to heat for 10 minutes - 3. Open the pouch, serve and enjoy
