Description

The PF 90 energy gel from Precision Fuel & Hydration, nicknamed the “Jumbo Gel”, is designed to fuel endurance efforts lasting over 60 minutes. This practical format contains 90g of carbohydrates in a single resealable pouch, equivalent to three PF 30 gels. It enables more efficient energy delivery whilst limiting handling during exercise.

Thanks to its neutral taste, this gel limits taste fatigue, even during prolonged use. It's formulated with a 2:1 glucose/fructose ratio, promoting optimal carbohydrate absorption. This product contains no electrolytes (designed to be combined with Precision Hydration drinks), no caffeine, and no artificial ingredients.

The screw cap makes consumption gradual and hygienic, ideal for long races, cycling outings or intensive training blocks. Winner at the Women's Running Awards 2023, this gel is also Informed Sport certified, guaranteeing quality and safety for athletes.
