Maurten's Gel 100 is an energy gel whose fame skyrocketed after seeing Eliud Kipchoge consume it during his world record at the Berlin Marathon. The Kenyan crossed the finish line in 2 hours 1 minute and 39 seconds.
Prized by many athletes, both amateur and professional, Maurten's Gel 100 was developed using hydrogel technology. This allows carbohydrates to be easily transported from the stomach to the intestine where they are then absorbed along with water and salt.
To put it simply, assimilation is faster and in larger quantities than a conventional gel.

Gel 100 contains no colourings, additives or preservatives and is very rich in carbohydrates with 60% per 40 g sachet. Often consumed during exercise, it can also be taken a few minutes before or directly after activity.
