With 120 kcal per gel, the C30 Energy Gel is perfectly portioned to provide exactly what you need during exercise. Easy to consume, its liquid consistency allows you to take it with or without water. Each gel also contains 200mg of sodium, facilitating rapid fluid absorption and contributing to optimal hydration.

For optimal use, it's recommended to consume 1 to 3 gels per hour of intense exercise, depending on the duration and intensity of your effort.
