The Santa Madre RESET Energy Gel – Caffeine-Free is designed for endurance efforts where the body needs a regular energy supply as well as support to better manage fatigue. It combines 30 g of carbohydrates with a glucose:fructose ratio of 1:0.5, 300 mg of polyphenols, and 100 mg of sodium.

This gel stands out for its recovery-focused approach during exercise. Polyphenols help limit oxidative stress caused by intense, prolonged activity, contributing to reduced muscle fatigue and supporting the body during the hardest phases of effort.

The name RESET reflects the sensation athletes seek: a physical, mental, and digestive reboot. This gel helps you get back on track mid-race, particularly when the stomach starts to feel the strain of repeated fuelling. Its smooth texture and Refresh technology deliver a pleasant cooling sensation, especially in hot conditions.

Caffeine-free, it suits athletes who prefer to avoid stimulants or who want to use it towards the end of a race. It can be taken around the 10 km mark in a half-marathon, around 15 km, then between 25 and 30 km in a marathon. For long-distance trail running, it is recommended to take one RESET gel approximately every 2 h 30 min of effort, depending on intensity and nutrition strategy.

Co-created with elite athletes, including professionals from the world of competitive cycling, this gel was designed for demanding events such as marathons, long trail runs, and major cycling stages. Vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, and palm oil-free, it fits easily into most sports nutrition plans.
