The chewing gums from the French brand OneGum can be used at any time to give you a boost during your sporting and outdoor activities, such as for sailors, motorists, athletes, hikers...

Each of these chewing gums contains 50 mg of caffeine, as much as an energy drink or a coffee, but it contains no sugar, no taurine, no aspartame. Moreover, these effects take action in 5 minutes unlike these drinks which take effect 20 to 30 minutes later.

The recommended dose of caffeine not to exceed is 400 mg per day.

Ingredients: Sweeteners (xylitol, sorbitol, sucralose, acesulfame-K), gum base, flavourings, caffeine, thickener (E446), colourings (E171, indigo carmine), niacin (vitamin B3), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), antioxidant (E321).

Advice: Not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Contains phenylalanine. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects. Recommended dose: 8 pieces per day. - Contains caffeine (2.5g/100g), not recommended for children, pregnant women and people sensitive to caffeine.
