Description

The NATO MRE Ration – Menu 3 is a complete daily nutrition solution for autonomous use, providing 3,600 kcal. Designed to NATO military standards, it delivers an optimal balance of carbohydrates, protein and fat, suited to sustained physical effort. It is ideal for outdoor missions, extended expeditions or emergency situations.

This ration includes three main meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), along with a wide range of food supplements to maintain energy levels throughout the day. It also includes essential non-food accessories for field autonomy, such as a spork, refreshing wipes and two flameless heaters for warming meals.

Compact, ready to use and long-lasting, it is easy to carry and use. A special pouch also allows you to heat water for soup or a hot drink. Please note that some meals in this ration may be halal.

  • 2 sweet biscuits (2 x 55 g)
  • Instant coffee (2 g)
  • Jam (25 g)
  • Sugar (8 g)

Lunch:

  • Chicken with beans and vegetables (350 g)
  • Fruit cream (50 g)

Dinner:
