Description

Katadyn whole milk powder is designed to build a long-lasting food reserve, suited to emergency situations, expeditions or long-term storage. Packaged in a compact 650 g tin, it makes approximately 5.85 litres of milk.

Its shelf life can reach 15 years from the date of manufacture, provided the tin remains sealed and is stored in good conditions. This format is therefore well suited to emergency food reserves, as well as to bivouacking, sailing or use in areas where access to fresh produce is limited.

Preparation is simple: just dissolve the contents of the tin in 5.2 litres of cold or hot water. The resulting milk can be drunk straight away or used in a variety of recipes, including drinks, sauces, desserts or breakfasts.

The Emergency Food tin is sturdy, easy to carry and compact. It contains around 20 servings and can be stored easily in a cupboard, a vehicle or emergency preparedness kit.
