This Blanquette of Veal has been cooked with veal shoulder, button mushrooms, carrots and onions. For the sauce, we can find fresh cream, thyme, laurel, salt and pepper (and wheat flour). Packaged in sterilised pouch, this meat in sauce can be preserved 3 years after production. Easy to store (in a cupboard for instance), this pouch can be kept in a room temperature. You can then store it in your campervan or in a drawer at work.

Je tenais à vous signifier que j’ai été entièrement satisfait du pack Marathon des Sables. Il m’a permis de réaliser la course sans problème particulier. Je me suis même régalé à chaque repas. Je vous tire mon chapeau car on voit que le pack est étudié dans les détails par rapport au programme de la course. Juste un tout petit détail : la crème chocolat après le Poulet Tikka Massala n’est pas adapté. En effet, les épices délicieuses du poulet viennent écraser le goût du chocolat. Je pense qu’une crème anglaise ou catalane serait peut-être plus adaptée. En tout cas, merci et Bravo, je recommande.
