Description

An onigiri is a compact rice ball, most often triangular in shape, paired with one or more ingredients. In the recipe prepared by Japanese brand Onisi Foods, a variety of small vegetables are used to flavour the rice. You will find small pieces of carrot, shiitake mushroom and banana.

The vegetable onigiri is:

Ingredients
Glutinous rice (grown in Japan), non-glutinous rice (grown in Japan), dried and seasoned ingredients (edible vegetable oils and fats, soy sauce, sugar, dried carrot, fried tofu, dried burdock, dried shiitake mushroom, konjac, salt), sorbitol, seasoning (amino acid), oxidation inhibitor (vitamin e).

Preparation method
Remove the oxygen absorber and open the bottom of the back.Remove the sticker and add hot water up to the line (approximately 59 ml).Shake approximately 20 times and wait 15 minutes. If using cold water, wait 60 minutes.Cut horizontally by hand at scissor mark 2 and diagonally at scissor marks 3 and 4.
