Inspired by the famous tagine, this organic freeze-dried Moroccan stew takes you on a true culinary journey, even in the wilderness. Created in a vegan version, it captures the spirit of the traditional dish with its slow-cooked vegetables, warming spices and generous texture.

The recipe combines carrots, courgettes, peppers, squash and chickpeas, all from organic farming. It's served with a portion of polenta, adding a smooth and nourishing touch. Perfect for a comforting break after exertion, this dish combines easy preparation with rich flavour.

Packaged in a lightweight, practical pouch, this freeze-dried meal is quickly prepared with hot water. An excellent plant-based alternative for lovers of spicy dishes, whilst hiking or camping.

Ingredients: Polenta (cornmeal)* 35%, onion*, courgette* 14%, chickpea* 7%, red pepper*, carrot* 6%, pumpkin seeds* 4%, olive oil*, spices*, salt, coriander*, potato starch*, turmeric*, ginger*.

Preparation instructions:

1) Tear off the top part of the pouch above the zip seal and remove the oxygen absorber sachet.

2) Add 212 ml of water and mix well

3) Close the pouch and wait 9 minutes
