Description
Micropur Classic MC 1T keeps potable water fresh for longer when stored in a tank, jerry can, cistern or pipework. It is ideal for hiking, travel, boating, campervans and emergency water storage.
Its silver ion formula limits the growth of bacteria and odour-causing germs in stored water. It keeps water clear for up to 6 months under good storage conditions.
Each tablet treats 1 litre of water. The box contains 100 tablets, giving a total treatment capacity of 100 litres. Individual dosing makes it easy to use and eliminates measurement errors when treating small volumes.
Micropur Classic is for use with clear, already potable water only. It does not replace a filter or purifier when water contains particles, protozoa, bacteria or viruses from a natural source.
Its main advantage over a standard disinfectant is its long-term preservation function: it protects stored water against recontamination without significantly altering its taste.
