Made from European beef in Germany, Jack Link's biltong strictly follows the traditional South African production method.
To achieve the meat's tender texture, the entire beef cut is marinated, then dried and sliced into thin strips. This “ready-to-eat” snack is naturally high in protein (50% of nutritional value), contains no added sugars and is low in fat (10%).
