Description
The MSR IsoPro 450 g gas cartridge is designed for extended treks, group bivouacs and camping trips requiring long autonomy. Its high capacity reduces the number of cartridges needed, making it particularly well suited to multi-day expeditions.
It contains a four-season blend of 80% isobutane and 20% propane. This combination ensures good performance when temperatures drop and delivers a more consistent output than a cartridge composed mainly of butane.
Compliant with the EN 417 standard, the cartridge is compatible with the majority of screw-top stoves on the market. Its valve allows it to be unscrewed after use, even when not empty, for easier storage and reuse at the next meal.
Made from stainless steel, it measures 10.8 x 10.8 x 13.7 cm with a total weight of 660 g. Its main advantage is its extended runtime, better suited to long-distance trips than a 113 g or 227 g format.
