Description

The scrambled eggs from the Fuel Your Preparation range are a freeze-dried preparation that can serve as a side dish to rice you might eat in an emergency disaster situation. These are simply freeze dried scrambled eggs to which you can also add ingredients of your choice to treat yourself at breakfast or lunch.

This recipe has been packed in a tin with oxygen absorbers, so it can be stored for a long period – 25 years from the manufacturing date.

To prepare this tin containing 600 g of scrambled eggs before rehydration, you can rehydrate the entire contents in the tin or take out the number of portions you want – 60 g for 1 portion, making 10 portions in total.

Ingredients: Cooked scrambled eggs (pasteurised whole eggs (90%), sunflower oil, skimmed milk powder (4%), lemon juice, salt, white pepper)

Advice: Fuel Your Preparation products must be stored properly to guarantee maximum shelf life. Store in a cool place, avoid long-term storage above 22°C and ensure tins are not pierced. Under these conditions, Fuel Your Preparation meals will maintain their quality, flavour and nutritional value throughout their lifespan. - After opening, consume contents immediately. However, it has been found that a product resealed with the plastic lid is edible for up to one week after opening. This packet is sold by weight, not volume. Settling may have occurred due to transport, handling or variations in product density.
