Packed in a lightweight, resealable pouch, it's an ideal solution for hiking, trekking or any outdoor activity where self-sufficiency is key.
Each serving provides approximately 485 kcal and a smooth texture thanks to the coconut milk, combined with the richness of red lentils, perfect for plant-based protein intake. The balance between Asian spices and citrus acidity delivers deep, warming flavour, ideal for an evening meal at camp.

Ingredients: Red lentils 35%, rice, coconut milk, chopped tomatoes, onion, tomato concentrate, lemon juice, coconut oil, garlic, spices (coriander, cumin, cinnamon, black pepper, fenugreek, turmeric, nutmeg, ginger, cardamom, cloves), salt, mustard seeds, coriander leaf.
Allergens: Mustard. May contain traces of: gluten, eggs, peanuts, soya, milk, tree nuts, celery, sesame, sulphites.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place
Preparation instructions:
1) Open the pouch and remove the oxygen absorber
2) Add 275 ml of boiling water
3) Stir well, close the pouch and leave to stand for 10 minutes
4) Stir and enjoy!
