Emergency Food's vegetable curry with rice is a freeze-dried preparation specially designed to provide a balanced and delicious meal in emergency situations. This dish includes pre-cooked round rice, a mixture of varied vegetables and curry spices, guaranteeing an exotic and nourishing culinary experience. Packaged in a 500g tin, it ensures optimal long-term storage.

To prepare, simply add 900 ml of water to the contents, mix well, then cover and leave to rest for 8 to 10 minutes. Adjust the quantity of water according to the desired consistency, stir again and serve. The vegetable curry with rice provides an energy value of 439 Kcal/100g, with balanced proportions of carbohydrates, protein and fibre to meet your nutritional needs in a crisis.

The ingredients used in this product do not come from genetically modified organisms and have not been subjected to ionisation treatment, thus ensuring healthy and safe food. Before opening, store the product in its original packaging at room temperature. After opening, it can be kept for up to three weeks in the closed tin with its lid.

Ingredients: Pre-cooked round rice 59.6%, sunflower oil, SOYA protein, glucose syrup, vegetables 3.3% (carrot, peas), modified starch, curry 2.2% (coriander, turmeric, cumin, fenugreek, fennel, garlic, pepper, hot chilli), salt, sugar, paprika, shallot, parsley, natural flavouring.

Allergens: Soya

Directions: Store unopened in original packaging at room temperature. Once opened, the dehydrated product keeps for 3 weeks in the sealed tin with its lid.

Preparation instructions: Remove the oxygen absorber sachet, transfer the contents into a large container. Using the empty tin, add the indicated volume of water at the indicated temperature, mix, cover the container and wait 8 to 10 minutes. Adjust the quantity of water according to the desired consistency, mix again and serve.
