The Santa Madre Unusual 50CHO energy bar – Neutral flavour is designed to meet the nutritional needs of athletes engaged in long, sustained and demanding efforts. Specially formulated for consumption during exercise, it delivers 50g of carbohydrates in a bar weighing just 65g, with minimal fat content (3.1g), for maximum energy efficiency.

Thanks to its 1:1 glucose/fructose ratio, it optimises the use of intestinal transporters, promoting higher absorption and optimal digestive tolerance, even at high intensity. This formulation allows strategies of up to 100g of carbohydrates per hour, provided you train progressively at these intake levels.

Its soft, easy-to-chew texture has been specifically developed for quick and comfortable consumption, even during intense effort phases. With no added flavours or pronounced sweet taste, this neutral version is ideal for those who wish to alternate with flavoured products or avoid taste fatigue.
