Description

The SOL lighter works in a slightly unusual way. It has no gas, no piezo and therefore no flame. It features electric arc ignition technology. This has several advantages. It works in all weathers (rain, wind...) and is USB rechargeable, which saves fuel whilst being more environmentally friendly.

To light small branches or a gas stove, you simply press a button to create a double arc. Ignition is quick and easy. You can light up to 100 fires before it runs out. Then you just need to plug it into a mains socket or power bank if you don't have access to electricity to reuse it. The USB cable is supplied.

A fuel strip is also supplied with the lighter. This is an ideal way to start a fire in an emergency if you don't have quickly flammable kindling nearby. Furthermore, the “SOL Fuel-Free Plasma Lighter” can also serve as a torch. It operates at low intensity for 3 hours before charging. This feature is practical whether in your van or at your camping site.
