This GU gel is a gluten-free energy gel designed for sports activities, to be consumed during exercise, approximately 1 energy gel every 45 minutes. Remember to hydrate with an energy drink as a supplement or with water.

This intense chocolate energy gel has been created with natural flavours.

- Source of Sodium, 50 mg, the first electrolyte you lose when you sweat, aids hydration

Ingredients: Maltodextrin, water, fructose, flavourings, amino acids (leucine, valine, isoleucine), acidity regulators (potassium citrate, sodium citrate), calcium carbonate, sea salt, green tea leaf extract (contains 20 mg caffeine), sodium chloride, acids (citric acid, malic acid), thickener (pectin powder), preservatives (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate), sunflower oil

Advice: Take one gel 5 minutes before exercise. Then, if your metabolism is slow, one GU every 45 minutes works well. If you have an athlete's metabolism, try consuming a GU Energy Gel every 30 minutes and see if your body tolerates it correctly. Always drink water after consumption.
