It can boil 1 litre of water in 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
The MSR PocketRocket 2 has other features that make this product stand out. In the first place, it is equipped with non-slip supports for the pots. The foldable branches are serrated, so as to hang well your pan or pot. This stability is much appreciated if you are going on an expedition in steep terrain.
Secondly, a tap allows precise adjustment of the power of the flame. If you want to simmer vegetables, go for a low heat. Conversely, if you want to boil water, prefer high heat.
