Description
LFGF fruit muesli (Low FODMAP & Gluten Free) is designed for people with gluten sensitivity or those seeking a highly digestible diet. Long-lasting and energy-dense (412 kcal/100 g), it is perfectly suited to food storage, expeditions or off-grid situations.
Made with 60.3% gluten-free oat flakes, apple pieces and raspberries, it delivers a natural flavour and complete nutritional value. Simply add 75 ml of water per 100 g of muesli and leave to stand for 3 to 5 minutes. One tin yields approximately 25 servings, equivalent to 3.15 kg once rehydrated.
Sealed in an airtight tin, it keeps for up to 25 years without any loss of quality.

Ingredients: Gluten-free oat flakes 60.3%, sugar, sunflower oil, apple 7.3%, pea protein, glucose syrup, modified starch, raspberry 1.1%, maltodextrin, natural flavouring, acidity regulator: E330.
Allergens: Oats. May contain traces of: eggs, fish, crustaceans, tree nuts, peanuts, mustard, soya, milk, gluten, celery, sulphites.
Tips: Store in its original unopened packaging at room temperature. Once opened, the dehydrated product keeps for 3 weeks in the tin when closed with its lid.
Preparation method:
1) Remove the oxygen absorber sachet, transfer the contents into a large container.
2) Using the empty tin, add the indicated volume of water at the indicated temperature, stir, cover the container and wait 3–5 minutes.
3) For a 100 g serving of dry product, add 75 ml of water.
4) Adjust the amount of water to achieve the desired consistency, stir again and serve.
