The Optimus Energy 450 g gas cartridge is designed for long hikes, extended bivouacs and expeditions requiring high autonomy. Its large capacity reduces the number of cartridges you need to carry, making it particularly well suited to multi-day trips or group outings.

It contains a blend of 70% butane and 30% propane. This composition delivers strong performance in demanding conditions, particularly at altitude or during a climb. Compared to a smaller format, its main advantage lies in its greater autonomy.

Compliant with EN 417 standard, this cartridge is compatible with the majority of screw-top stoves on the market. Its valve allows it to be removed after each use, even when it still contains gas, making storage and transport easier.

The integrated cap indicates whether the cartridge is new or has already been used. This handy indicator helps you manage your fuel reserves more effectively before setting off.
