The French brand Overstim.s has designed Hydrixir Ultra, an energy drink for long-distance and particularly intense efforts. Based on electrolytes and BCAA, it provides constant energy without blood sugar spikes and can be consumed during several hours of use.

What does this Overstim.s isotonic drink contain?
It contains 3 sources of carbohydrates (30g/serving), 4 electrolytes to promote proper hydration, 6 vitamins (B1, B, B5, B6, C and E) to reduce fatigue, BCAA and glutamine, plus sodium bicarbonate for muscle recovery. The flavourings are natural, the resulting taste is low in sugar and there's no acidity. It contains no gluten and no preservatives.

When should you drink Overstim.s isotonic beverage?
First, ensure you follow the doses prescribed on the packaging to benefit optimally from the drink's effects and avoid digestive problems. Hydrixir Ultra should be consumed from the start of exercise, one to two mouthfuls every 10 minutes. Hydration is essential for athletes. Don't wait until you're thirsty.

One 400g tin can fill 10 500ml bottles.

Advice: Consume HYDRIXIR ULTRA from the start of exercise. Don't wait until you're thirsty to take your first sip as dehydration can quickly set in. Drink 1 to 2 full mouthfuls of HYDRIXIR ULTRA every 10 minutes, between 500ml and 750ml of beverage per hour. For 500ml of drink: 3 tablespoons (40g of powder) For 700ml of drink: 4 tablespoons (56g of powder)
