The PH 1000 electrolyte tablets from Precision Hydration are designed for athletes who lose large amounts of salt through sweat. Each tablet provides 1,000 mg of sodium to dissolve in 500 ml (17 fl oz) of water, creating a hydration drink suited to prolonged efforts, hot conditions or particularly salty sweat profiles.

Their sugar-free, calorie-free, artificial sweetener-free formula lets you manage hydration independently of energy intake. They can be combined with gels, chews or a carbohydrate drink depending on the demands of your activity.
