Description

These 10 sticks of lime-flavoured energy drink preparation Hydraminov have been designed by EffiNov Nutrition in the laboratory by expert nutritionists. This energy drink is prepared according to the climate where the marathon, ultra trail or triathlon takes place.

It also contains an 8.8% protein source, allowing it to be consumed during exercise but also as a pre-competition waiting drink, of which 40% are BCAAs contributing to the maintenance of muscle mass. This drink combines simple carbohydrates (dextrose, sucrose, fructose), maltodextrin and medium chain triglycerides in small quantities.

- To complement the drink for efforts exceeding 3 hours, you can eat an Aminov bar, an almond cake, even a digestipain from the EffiNov brand or dried fruits such as banana or apricot
- Contains 10 vitamins and 6 minerals contributing to proper muscle function, replacing electrolytes when you sweat, also contributing to normal energy metabolism
- Prepared with natural flavours, with a very mild sweet taste to avoid sugar saturation during very long duration efforts
