The Santa Madre Carbofuel 45CHO energy drink – Lemon is designed to maintain a constant energy supply during endurance efforts. Each serving provides 45 g of carbohydrates, with a glucose:fructose ratio of 1:0.5, guaranteeing efficient absorption whilst limiting the risks of digestive discomfort, even on long outings or in hot conditions.

It also provides 400 mg of sodium per dose, promoting optimal hydration and compensating for electrolyte losses due to perspiration. This sodium content supports fluid regulation, helps prevent cramps and contributes to maintaining performance over time.

Its lemon flavour, light and refreshing, makes it a pleasant drink to consume during exercise. Fluid, easily digestible and rapidly absorbed, it perfectly accompanies athletes in long-distance disciplines.
