Description

The Baouw organic raspberry-pomegranate energy gel is designed to deliver fast energy during endurance efforts. Its 44 g stick format concentrates 30 g of carbohydrates, making it a compact solution for trail running, road running, cycling, bikepacking or long days out hiking.

Its main difference from conventional energy gels lies in its 100% organic composition, free from refined sugars and unnecessary additives. Baouw combines organic cassava maltodextrin and organic agave syrup at a glucose-to-fructose ratio of 1:0.8. This combination delivers a high carbohydrate intake while supporting absorption and good digestive tolerance during exercise.

The recipe also contains sodium to help compensate for sweat-related mineral losses, along with vitamins from plant extracts. Its fluid texture makes it easy to consume even as intensity rises. The compact stick slips easily into a jacket pocket, backpack or cycling bag.

The raspberry-pomegranate flavour delivers a fresh, fruity note. The recipe was developed in France with two-Michelin-starred chef Yoann Conte and nutritionist Benoît Nave following two years of testing and refinement with athletes. The gel is also manufactured in France.
