Description

This coffee-flavoured gel is an energy gel prepared by GU, the world and US leader in energy gel distribution. Indeed, these gels were designed to maximise sports performance during your competitions or training and also pleasure.
This Espresso gel doesn't just contain caffeine or carbohydrates, it also contains sodium, 60mg. Sodium aids hydration, as it's the first electrolyte you lose when you sweat.

Ingredients: Maltodextrin, water, fructose, flavourings, amino acids (leucine, valine, isoleucine), acidity regulators (potassium citrate, sodium citrate), calcium carbonate, sea salt, green tea leaf extract (contains 40mg caffeine), acids (citric acid, malic acid), thickener (gellan gum), preservatives (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate), sunflower oil

Usage advice: Take one gel 5 minutes before exercise. Then, if your metabolism is slow, one GU every 45 minutes works well. If you have an athlete's metabolism, try consuming a GU Energy Gel every 30 minutes and see if your body tolerates it properly. Always drink water after consumption.

Preparation instructions: Open the top of the gel and squeeze the entire packet into your mouth. A GU Energy Gel recipe was created to be taken all at once to give you maximum benefits. However, it is also perfectly appropriate to “sip” the gel over a few minutes rather than taking it all at once.
