Description
The British Berkefeld is an 8.5L water filter ideal for domestic use, camping or van life. It provides drinking water in any situation.
All you need is a nearby water source: river, fountain, public tap or lake. The main advantage of this water filter is that it requires no effort (no pumping, no suction...). Simply fill the upper tank and wait for the water to filter through. It then flows into the lower container, making it drinkable. You can then serve yourself using the small tap.
Supplied with two Ultra Sterasyl filter cartridges, the British Berkefeld eliminates all impurities in 4 stages:
1. The outer ceramic layer removes pathogens down to 0.2 microns (bacteria, parasites, cysts) and sediment responsible for water turbidity
2. Inside the ceramic, the BioSeal and SureSeal anti-bacterial formula prevents any internal microbiological development
3. Granular activated carbon eliminates unpleasant taste, odours, chlorine and chlorine derivatives, chemicals and pharmaceutical residues.
4. The final stage reduces heavy metals (lead, aluminium...) by over 94%.
