Description

In cold weather, a gas stove can struggle to work, or even not work at all. To overcome this problem, Primus has developed a 4-season gas cartridge that works perfectly down to -22°C. This is made possible by Vapour Mesh™, an absorbent paper inside the cartridge that maintains high pressure, allowing the stove to function normally.

So, no more stove performance issues during your bivouacs and winter treks. This gas is ideal for expeditions in Nordic countries (Iceland, Norway, Sweden...) or for high-altitude long-distance trails.

The Primus Winter Gas 4-season cartridge (230g) features: - Compatible with MSR, Primus, Jetboil, Optimus, BRS, Hornet stoves... - A cartridge working perfectly from -22°C to +10°C - A gas that has received numerous awards (Best New Gear, Editors' Choice, Outdoor Gold...)

Note: Primus offsets all greenhouse gas emissions from its gas production by supporting a project in Brazil aimed at reusing landfill gas composed mainly of methane and CO2. Originally polluting, this is then used to produce electricity.

Additional information

  • For use only with Primus stoves and lamps. Follow the instructions provided with your Primus appliance
  • Danger: when in use, do not tilt more than 45° (risk of flashback)
  • Warning: do not attempt to refill. Do not puncture or dispose of in fire after use
  • Cartridge replacement: carry out in a well-ventilated area, away from any flames or heat sources. Close the valve on the Primus appliance. Detach the appliance from the cartridge. Replace the seal if damaged or missing. Take care not to damage the thread. Hand-tighten only. Store in a cool, dry place. After use, dispose of the cartridge following proper safety guidelines
