This recipe, based on pumpkin seeds among other ingredients, is both wholesome and nutritious, offering a balanced intake of fats, carbohydrates and protein.
Preparation is simple and quick — which is exactly the point of a freeze-dried meal. Add variety to your meals without spending time cooking. To prepare these savoury pancakes, simply mix the contents of the pouch with cold water, then cook them in a small pan on your camp stove or campfire.

Ingredients: Wholemeal wheat flour, wheat flour, whole egg powder, pumpkin seeds, pumpkin powder, whole milk powder, onions, bicarbonate of soda, sunflower oil powder (contains milk, E551), salt, leek flakes, spices.
Allergens: Eggs, gluten, milk.
Preparation method:
1) Pour cold water directly into the pouch and fill to the line 6 cm on the filling scale (140 ml)
2) Mix well and leave to rest for 5 minutes
3) Divide into 2 or 3 pancakes and cook over a medium heat in a pan until golden
