Description

The CONVAR™ chocolate mousse is a dehydrated dessert designed for outdoor activities, bivouacking or building up food reserves. Its light, airy texture is complemented by cacao bean nibs, which add a satisfying crunch and a subtle tangy note.

Its key advantage is a shelf life of up to 10 years, making it a particularly well-suited solution for long-term storage, while remaining easy to take on a hike, a multi-day trip or an off-grid outing.

No stove or hot water is needed. Simply remove the oxygen absorber, add 250 ml (approx. 8.5 fl oz) of cold water, stir and leave to set for 5 minutes. This cold-preparation method lets you enjoy a indulgent dessert even when cooking options are limited.

Packaged in a robust FlatPack pouch, the mousse is protected from external damage during storage and transport. The recipe is also palm-oil free.

Preparation method
  • Tear off the part of the pouch above the zip seal.
  • First, remove the oxygen absorber from the pouch.
  • Add 250 ml of cold water.
  • Mix well, close the pouch’s zip seal and wait 5 minutes.
  • Stir well again and enjoy!
