Description

Authentic Nutrition's peach-flavoured fluid energy gel is designed to deliver fast, sustained energy during endurance efforts. It is particularly suited to trail running, cycling, trekking and long-distance hiking.

Its formula combines carbohydrates, BCAAs, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. This comprehensive blend helps preserve glycogen stores, support muscles and delay the onset of fatigue during prolonged effort. The gel can be consumed on its own or alongside an energy drink and solid foods.

Its smooth texture makes digestion and dosing easier during activity. Its main advantage over individual gels lies in its resealable 300 ml bottle format. It allows you to fill a 37 ml or 60 ml reusable flask, split your intake and reduce single-use packaging.

The quality of its formula was rated 17/20 by sports dietitian Nicolas Aubineau in his energy gel comparison, particularly for its nutritional balance.
