This salted caramel energy gel is a carbohydrate concentrate to consume during your runs, cycling or any other sports activity.

GU salted caramel energy gel contains 125g of sodium to help replace the electrolytes you lose when you sweat.
It will also provide amino acids that can reduce muscle fatigue and help decrease muscle damage.

Ingredients: Maltodextrin, water, fructose, flavourings, amino acids (leucine, valine, isoleucine), acidity regulators (potassium citrate, sodium citrate), calcium carbonate, sea salt, green tea leaf extract (contains 20mg caffeine), citric acid, thickener (gellan gum), preservatives (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate), sunflower oil

Usage advice: Take one gel 5 minutes before exercise. Then, if your metabolism is slow, one GU every 45 minutes works well. If you have an athlete's metabolism, try consuming a GU Energy Gel every 30 minutes and see if your body tolerates it properly. Always drink water after consumption.
