Description

The Santa Madre Unusual 45CHO 100CAF caffeinated energy gel – Neutral is designed to deliver high carbohydrate intake whilst boosting physical and mental performance. Each gel provides 45g of carbohydrates, structured around a 1:1 glucose:fructose ratio, enabling optimal absorption via SGLT1, SGLT2 and GLUT5 transporters, whilst minimising the risk of digestive discomfort, even during intense efforts.

Enriched with 100mg of caffeine, it improves concentration, alertness and fatigue resistance, ideal towards the end of a race, during key moments or prolonged efforts. Its neutral formulation, without pronounced sweet taste, limits taste saturation and makes it easy to use in rotation with flavoured gels.

Each gel also provides 200mg of sodium, helping maintain electrolyte balance, supporting hydration and reducing the risk of cramps according to individual needs.
