Description

Grown on the Malatya plateaus in Turkey, these apricots are slowly sun-dried. They are then lightly rehydrated to give them a soft, melt-in-the-mouth texture and slightly caramelised flavour. Perfect for cooking or eating straight from the bag!

Carefully selected by French company Pépite, the apricots from the Malatya plateaus are organic and fair-trade. This guarantees the producer fair remuneration. Pépite's tender apricots carry the Biopartenaire label.
