Description

The Pack Survie 3 mois végétarien is a complete food solution designed to meet one person's nutritional needs for 90 days in full autonomy. Developed to handle exceptional situations – prolonged crisis, food shortage, isolation – it provides varied and nutritious meals, exclusively vegetarian.

With an average of 2,030 kcal per day, this pack covers the daily energy requirements needed over an extended period. It can also be shared by several people over a shorter period, depending on needs. All products are packaged to guarantee a 15-year shelf life, provided they are stored in a dry and temperate environment.

Pack contents:

  • Staple foods: Whole milk powder, butter powder, spelt flour, wholemeal bread mix
  • Breakfasts: Swiss muesli, fruit muesli, protein porridge
  • Main meals: Risottos, pasta with vegetables, vegetarian couscous, soups and broths
  • Side dishes: puree, diced potatoes, wild rice, courgettes, carrots
  • Drinks: Hot chocolate drink, flavoured teas, coffee
  • Water autonomy: 1 Katadyn BeFree water filter included

Meals rehydrate easily with hot water, or cold if needed (allow extra time).
