Description

This lightly spiced soup is vegan and packed in a vacuum-sealed pouch that fits easily into your backpack. The Lentil Dahl has been prepared with 100% natural ingredients by Adventure Menu.

This is a vacuum-dried, vegan meal, ready in 3 minutes. Once rehydrated, you'll get a 350g portion. The pouch features an internal water line to add the right amount of water - no need to measure it in a separate container beforehand: convenient!

The lentil dahl soup offers:

Ingredients: Red lentils (40%), chopped tomatoes (14%) (tomatoes, tomato juice, citric acid), onions, salt, turmeric, garam masala, ground coriander, cumin, garlic, ginger, chilli pepper, fresh coriander.

Allergens: May contain traces of gluten.

Preparation instructions:

1) Tear open the top of the pouch and add 273 ml of hot water

2) Stir well

3) Seal the pouch and wait 2-3 minutes

4) Enjoy your meal!
