Description

This vegan breakfast has been prepared with gluten-free oat flakes, coconut milk and chia seeds... not forgetting apples, sliced cranberries and cinnamon! A pure delight for porridge lovers. Packaged in a compostable cup, all you need to do is pour water up to the line (marked on the outside) to start your day right! Freeze-drying preserves the flavours and textures of the ingredients whilst retaining vitamins and minerals – this breakfast will surprise you.

The organic porridge with apples, cranberries and cinnamon from Lyofood is:

Ingredients: Gluten-free oat flakes* 54%, Coconut milk*, Agave syrup*, chia seeds* 1.5%, apple cubes* 1%, cranberry slices* 1%, cinnamon powder* 0.2%. *Organic product

Preparation: 

1) Tear off the top part of the pouch above the zip closure and remove the oxygen absorber sachet.

2) Add 200 ml of water and stir well

3) Close the pouch and wait 9 minutes
