Ingredients
Oat flakes 51%, whole milk powder, sugar, blueberry 6%, buckwheat, chia seeds, raspberry 2.5%, strawberry 1.5%.
Allergens
Gluten, milk. May contain traces of crustaceans, eggs, fish, soya, tree nuts, celery, sulphites.
Preparation method
Spread the base of the pouch so it stands upright. Gradually pour 200 ml of boiling water into the pouch, then stir with a spoon. Close the pouch using the zip and leave to rest for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir again and enjoy.
