Each bar provides around 350 kcal, primarily from oat-derived carbohydrates. Consume it whole roughly 2.5 hours prior to effort or break into small bites on the go to match energy demands.

Crafted with a sports nutritionist, its recipe blends fruity raspberry flavour with a moist, easy-to-chew texture. Its key advantage over traditional energy bars is high calorie density and excellent heat tolerance: it won't melt or stick to the wrapper on hot days.
