Description

Grated Parmesan-style cheese aged 20 months. Bonat Agricultural Company was awarded the "fuoriclasse" prize by Gambero Rosso in 2012 for its grated Parmesan-style cheese, recognised among the 17 best cheeses in Italy.

Bonat cheese can be enjoyed in the finest restaurants in the world.
300g of this freeze-dried cheese corresponds to 440g of fresh Parmigiano-Reggiano

What's the difference between this cheese and Parmesan? None except the name. Parmesan is a PDO cheese. This freeze-dried cheese therefore cannot be called that as it contains 0.5% moisture compared to the 30% required for Parmesan.

Ingredients: Milk, salt, rennet. Parmigiano-Reggiano 98%, hard cheese 2%. Made from their cows' milk).

Advice: Store at room temperature and consume within 7 days of opening the tin.
