Description

Freeze-dried ewe's blue cheese cubes offer a new take on Roquefort AOP, the famous cheese from Aveyron. Made from raw ewe's milk and matured by Maison Gabriel Coulet, this bold cheese is then freeze-dried to preserve the full intensity of its aromas in a crispy, convenient format.

Thanks to this process, Roquefort AOP can now be enjoyed anywhere, with no refrigeration or preparation needed. Its light, crunchy texture is as surprising as it is appealing, while delivering the rich flavour of a great cheese. Perfect for hiking, bivouacking or on-the-go snacking, it combines practicality with authenticity.

Made in Aveyron by the brand Marie de Livinhac, this product celebrates local expertise with 100% French production rooted in the Occitan terroir. A new way to enjoy Roquefort — faithful to its origins, yet reinvented for life on the move.

Freeze-dried ewe's blue cheese cubes offer:

  • An intense and flavourful Roquefort AOP, in a crispy format
  • A ready-to-eat product — no rehydration or refrigeration required
  • Local production in Aveyron
