The Santa Madre 30CHO 100CAF – Cola caffeinated energy gel is designed to provide fast, effective and sustained energy during intense efforts. Each gel delivers 30g of carbohydrates with a 1:0.5 ratio (glucose:fructose), optimising absorption and digestive tolerance. This format perfectly suits high-carbohydrate strategies of up to 90-100g/h, ideal for long distances or sustained effort phases.

With 100mg of caffeine, equivalent to a strong espresso, this gel improves alertness, concentration and delays both mental and muscular fatigue. Its cola flavour provides a tangy, slightly bitter taste, pleasant even towards the end of an effort.

Refresh technology provides a cooling sensation in the mouth, particularly welcome in hot weather or during prolonged efforts where taste fatigue can occur.

Formulated without gluten, lactose, palm oil and 100% vegan, it suits all athletes, including those most sensitive digestively.
