Its 36 g sachet stands apart from conventional energy gels: it is very low in carbohydrates, with most of its energy coming from fat. It offers a savoury way to vary your nutrition during prolonged exercise instead of relying solely on very sweet products.

One sachet provides 267 kcal, 25.9 g of fat and just 4.3 g of carbohydrates, including 1.6 g of naturally occurring sugars. Its smooth texture and lightly salted flavour make it easy to eat on the move.
