This version features a 2:1 glucose/fructose ratio, designed to optimise carbohydrate intake during activity. Fruit remains the first ingredient in the recipe, giving it a smooth texture and fruity flavour — a welcome alternative to more conventional, overly sweet energy gels.
The formula also contains guarana, a natural source of caffeine, for a stimulating boost during tough sections or when energy levels dip. Its vitamin blend includes vitamin B12, which contributes to normal energy metabolism and helps reduce fatigue.
